The project model performs a single True-Up, with a fixed price and a fixed duration. True Up as a Service covers all True-Ups within your contract period and adds continuous monitoring. As a result, the count is not a reconstruction after the fact but a confirmation, and adjustments are made throughout the year rather than only at the time of reporting. How much time is this going to cost us personally? Typically, one two-hour session per quarter and the validation session prior to submission. We handle data access once at the start, after which it continues automatically. Compared to the forty to eighty hours that an internal True-Up cycle takes on average, little remains. Who is responsible for submitting to Microsoft? You remain a formal contracting party and submit the report; we draw it up, substantiate it and validate it with your team.
