The subscription is a fixed monthly fee that depends on your organization size, the number of contracts, and the desired response level. It is substantially lower than the cost of an in-house licensing specialist, while giving you access to a team instead of a single person. We determine the volume during an introductory meeting. What is the difference compared to the support from our reseller? A reseller earns money from the licenses you purchase. This makes advice on how many you need structurally taxed. Not out of malice, but due to the way the revenue model works. Geltec does not sell licenses and receives no commission. Our advice to purchase less costs us nothing. Both roles can coexist: the reseller supplies, we advise. Can we scale up and down? Yes. The subscription is adjustable on a quarterly basis. During busy periods, such as contract renewals, migrations, acquisitions, etc., you can temporarily scale up to a higher volume and then scale back down. For large-scale projects within the subscription, we make a separate arrangement to ensure the regular volume remains available. How independent is Geltec Completely.
