INDEPENDANT

We do not sell licenses.

We do not sell licenses. We do not receive commissions from Microsoft or resellers. We have no partner status to protect. That may sound like a small distinction, but it changes everything. Resellers generate revenue from the licenses you purchase. As a result, advice on how many licenses you need is inherently influenced by their commercial model.

Independence is not a marketing claim. It is the foundation of our business model. Our only source of revenue is the fee you pay us for our expertise. We do not earn a single euro from the licensing agreements we help you evaluate, optimize, or negotiate. This means our recommendations are driven by one thing only: what is best for your organisation.

Our invoice is the only revenue stream we earn from your contract. As a result, advising you to purchase less costs us nothing, and that is precisely why you can trust us. Where your supplier earns on volume, we earn on the answer.

SERVICES

Ten services, three moments

No matter what moment in your contract cycle you are at, before negotiation, during the contract, or ongoing, there is one or mutliple services that fits.

OUR APPROACH

Four phases. Each phase a deliverable.

No open ends and no continuous stream of hours. You know in advance what you will get, when, and what it requires of your own team.

PHASE 01

Identification

What has been purchased, what has been allocated, and what is actually being used?

Deliverable:
Complete inventory

PHASE 02

Validation

Assessment of usage against your contract, the license rules, and the usage rights.

Deliverable:
Effective License Position

PHASE 03

Optimization

Concrete optimization advice, separated into quick wins and structural changes.

Deliverable:
Optimalization Plan

FASE 04

Assurance

Periodic checks so that the savings remain instead of leaking away.

Deliverable:
Periodic reports

Does your contract expire within twelve months?

We measure it and show you what the difference costs. Typically, half of the suite turns out to be unused.

You will receive a response from one of our licensing specialists within one business day. No sales pitch. If there is nothing to gain, we will tell you.
